Professional Coaching Solutions and Services.
Why is coaching for performance Improvement so critical to today’s business?
Ever been part of a program, process where you had no say into how it was done? How well did that go for your business, team? How engaged were your leaders in making the change happen?
Fremont Consulting Group works closely with the stakeholders to custom design the solutions appropriate for their particular set of issues at that specific time. “Programs” don’t address the individuals needs of specific work teams, and largely that is where things start to unravel. Fremont Consulting Group specializes in a long history of blending problem solving skills, change management, team dynamics and leadership development to reach what seem like impossible goals. As much as we would all love it, there is no silver bullet to creating sustainable improvement. Success is a concerted effort, engaging key players, creating systemic roadmaps that are easy to understand, communicate and deploy.

Testimonials
In the last few years there has been a large influx of new coaches in the market. As you may know, coaching as a profession is not regulated. Coaching does however have credentialing bodies. Now more than ever, as businesses transition from their Covid protocol to “getting back to business” it is imperative that you work with coaches that understand the complexities of the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) workplace and the need for engagement coupled with performance. That is the ‘sweet spot: for Martha. Having had a long, successful career of sustainable, high performing plant turnarounds, leading people and influencing in high stakes customer and labor situations, and now transitioning to the role of coach. Martha continues to seek the best coach training and certifications to partner with clients to create the best possible outcomes imaginable for her clients.
Martha is trained and certified in executive, career, business, and organizational coaching. Additionally, Martha is so passionate about coaching, she is an executive coach master trainer, organizational and neurolinguistic programming senior instructor. Additionally, Martha works with new and recertifying coaches as a mentor coach as they work toward their International Coach Federation credentialling. Who knew all roads led to coaching and helping leaders and coaches reach their optimal performance.

Limiting Belief Coaching about your Coaching Business Success
Having taught and worked with new coaches over the past years, often there is a barrier to launching for a new coach. Working with Martha will help you uncover and reframe your view of your future success and get you up and running.
Assessments
Statistically validated 3rd party assessments play a critical role in a client’s self-awareness during the coaching journey. Assessment certification for the coach can be expensive, timely and quite frankly a perceived additional hurdle to getting your business up and running. Fremont Consulting Group will work with new coaches as they bridge the gap to certification or whether the coach would like to outsource assessments and focus primarily on their coaching skills.
